The world’s biggest Cheesesteak Empire is continuing to expand in the Las Vegas Valley. Charleys Cheesesteaks, which has more than 700 locations in 46 states and 17 countries, has a new location in the works at 12011 Las Vegas Blvd S, according to licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by LVP Food Service Concept LLC. The location is situated south of the Jonathan Drive intersection, near Blue Hawk Tavern.

Originally founded by Charley Shin, the brand began franchising in 1991 and has grown remarkably in the years since.

“Now, Charleys Cheesesteaks is serving our favorite cheesesteaks, fries, and real-fruit lemonades at every Charleys,” says the brand’s website. “Select locations also serve classic and boneless wings, fried appetizers, and frozen shakes.”

The menu at Charleys currently features limited-time items like the Kimchi Cheesesteak, Kimchi Fries, and Mango Lemonade. That’s along side the Old School Cheesesteak, the Chicken Buffalo sandwich, the Chicken Philly, and lots more.

LV Foodservice Concepts Senior Vice President Jeanette Davis could not be reached immediately for comment on the opening on Thursday. Stay tuned for more updates because the multi-concept franchisee has been expanding rapidly in the past year.
