The retail center on the northwest corner of South Rainbow Boulevard and West Patrick Lane is the future home of a new Tacos-N-More. With the brand’s Downtown restaurant having recently reopened, serving up a menu of Mexican favorites at 321 S Casino Center Blvd, this represents a continued expansion for the brand, which has three locations in operation.
What Now reached out to co-owner Elias Trujillo on Tuesday after coming across licensing permitting paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas that shows a Tacos-N-More opening at 6085 S Rainbow Blvd. Trujillo confirmed the news but declined to make any further immediate comment.
The Tacos-N-More menu features street tacos served up with proteins like carne asada, chicken, birria, and shrimp. Other favorites include Mulitas, Loaded Fries, Enchiladas, Tortas and more—most of which come, once again, with your choice of protein.
Opening at Rainbow and Patrick, Tacos-N-More will join a food and beverage community that includes restaurants like Wienerschnitzel, Lucy’s Waffles & Ice Cream, and Rosallie Le French Cafe.
