When What Now reported in December 2023 on the opening of The Great Greek Grill at the Bend (an opening which has since come to pass after a long wait), the list of restaurants expected at The Bend on the development’s website included “Electric Pickle, a three-acre, 10,000 SF pickleball complex, in addition to many dining establishments, including St. Felix, Sola Salon, Freed’s Dessert Shop, The Great Greek, Aces & Ales Brewery and many more.”
Since then, St. Felix has been removed from that list, and you could be forgiven for thinking that opening had fallen through. This week, however, What Now found business licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by STFELIXNV.INC for “Saint Felix Sin City,” opening at 8680 W Sunset Rd, Suite G130, at the Bend.
The St. Felix Hollywood menu features Chef’s Specials like Grilled Wild Atlantic Salmon (Grilled Wild Atlantic Salmon w/ Crispy Brussels Sprouts Tossed in a Tangy Lemon Kale Pesto w/ Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese & Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes) and the Louisiana Lightening Blackened Chicken Sandwich (Blackened Chicken Breast with our Signature Blood Mary Mix, Louisiana Lightening Hot Sauce, Avocado, Butter Lettuce and Paprika Aioli on a Breadbar Artisan Brioche Bun). There’s also a broad selection of Signature Coctails, Seasonal Librations, and Hollywood Virgins (i.e. mocktails).
Behind the paperwork is owner John Arakaki, owner of St. Felix Hollywood. Arakaki was not immediately available for comment on the opening. Details on the timeline for an opening at The Bend are not yet available.
