The JEM Charcuterie Bar is a new concept slated to open in the Valley soon. According to a Clark County permit, The JEM Charcuterie Bar is expected to open in the Winchester neighborhood at 2121 E Sahara Ave, Suite G.
At the helm of the new concept is Jocelyne Fernandez, who is the business owner listed on the permit. What Now Las Vegas reached out to Fernandez, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
The brand doesn’t have a big online presence, but from what we can gauge from the Instagram page, guests can expect charcuterie boards in variety galore. It looks like the business started as a catering option for California, Las Vegas locals, and their visitors.
“Custom JEM charcuterie & cheese inspired grazing boards, boxes, cups, cones + tables. Classes too!” The Instagram page description reads.
Charcuterie boards appear to be designed in a multitude of ways with a wide spread of options, including fruits, candy, vegetables, and a whole lot of cute emblems to spice up the final look.
While this is a new Vegas offering that comes with a bit of mystery, we’re sure you’ll hear more about the brand as we inch closer to opening.
So, keep your ears perked and your eyes open for the latest on this anticipated new addition to the Las Vegas food scene.
The JEM Charcuterie Bar is expected to open in the Winchester neighborhood at 2121 E Sahara Ave, Suite G, this year.
