Thirsty Flamingo is setting the stage for a brand new experience in the Las Vegas Valley. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the new concept is expected to open in the Charleston Heights neighborhood at 104 S Jones Blvd.

Construction and permitting are currently underway, according to owner Kimberly King, who was listed on the permit. What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with King, who shared more details about the upcoming opening.

“It’s my teenage daughter’s business. She wants to save for college,” King said.

Unfortunately, King was unable to share further details by the time this publication was issued. However, we do have some details readily available.

Thirsty Flamingo will not open in a shopping center on Jones Blvd. But rather, a single-unit building that houses independent businesses. The new drinks-on-the-go concept will sit next to the legal services, Eller Law, and document preparation service, King Solutions.

But, with no website or social media presence, there isn’t much more information available about the exciting new addition to the Las Vegas Valley’s culinary and drinking options. Based on the name and location, we suspect that the Thirsty Flamingo will offer drinks and will be quick-service. The space is not very big, so it should be a quick pick-up venue.

But, as we inch closer towards opening, we’re sure more information will be revealed. So, keep your eyes open and your ears perked for the latest on this exciting new development.

Thirsty Flamingo is anticipated to open in the Charleston Heights neighborhood at 104 S. Jones Blvd. this summer.

(This is a developing story. As more information is made available, we will update this article. Stay tuned!)
