Seabutter, the sushi restaurant offering the freshest fish and culinary expertise, is opening a new location in Westlake Village, located at 180 Promenade Way.
This will be the first time the company expands west of Los Angeles County, with locations currently in Beverly Hills and Laguna Beach. Owner George Fratkin tells What Now Los Angeles he expects to open the new location around September 2022, as he is waiting on the city for permit approval. Fratkin and co-owner Angie Fratkin first opened Seabutter in Beverly Hills before expanding into Laguna Beach. All sites offer the freshest fish and Japanese culinary creations for an extraordinary pallet experience.
When the new Westlake Village location opens, guests can expect a handful of soups and salads as appetizers, followed by crispy rice, tempura, and various sushi options. Most entrees range between $18 to $30, except for the $46 toro medley. On top of the delicious food, Seabutter also offers sake that is unfiltered, filtered, and sparkling, as well as several beer options.
“Our tireless search for the right ingredients helped us be able to create a menu with intricate flavors that aim to accentuate what matters most: the fish,” according to the company’s website. “Our team is looking forward to making your dining experience with us very memorable.”
