The ownership team behind the Lighthouse Cafe in San Pedro is reviving a nearby market space. Jason Fogle plans to open Lighthouse Market at 3833 S. Pacific Ave. in the space formerly home to Point Fermin Market.

Fogle told What Now Los Angeles that they plan to open up as soon as the liquor license goes through. Fogle hopes the Lighthouse Market offers a high-quality market for the community, offering produce, essential items, and grab-and-go meals. The team is repainting and cleaning up the interior to give it a clean, finished look.

Fogle and his wife, Cindy, took over ownership of the Lighthouse Cafe in 2021, revamping the longstanding local cafe. The breakfast-and-lunch spot serves omelets, skillets, and other breakfast classics, as well as sandwiches, burgers, and salads.
