Great Big Game Show is bringing its immersive entertainment experience to Westfield Topanga in Canoga Park. It will open in late summer on the first floor of the shopping center near Zara, Kendra Scott and Madewell.
The creators of The Escape Game — Mark Flint, Jonathan Murrell and James Murrell — are behind the Great Big Game Show. The group launched The Escape Game, a Nashville-based escape room chain that has locations across the U.S., in 2014. They opened the first location for the Great Big Game Show in Nashville in 2023.
The concept offers a full game show experience, featuring studios, teams, and live hosts. Customers split into teams and compete in mini-games such as trivia, puzzles, games of chance and speed challenges as contestants.
The brand has 24 locations across 15 states and Washington, D.C., with more locations in the pipeline. The Westfield Topanga location will be the first in Southern California, joining two existing California locations in San Francisco and San Jose.
