Uncle Sharkii Poke — a seafood concept by husband and wife team Fen and Raymond Reyes — is opening a Hollywood outpost, amongst five NoCal locations, by 2024, according to a press release. Unlike many of its venues, the incoming Hollywood eatery will be corporate-owned, says Director of Marketing Quynh Vu.

The burgeoning fast-food sensation specializes in creating affordable and healthy poke bowls with a mission to provide an unforgettable family-friendly dining experience.

Featuring a range of mouth-watering options including salmon, shrimp, scallops, tuna, and tofu, Uncle Sharkii’s menu provides a fusion of fresh, high-quality ingredients and exotic flavors that aim to capture the essence of Hawaiian cuisine. Additionally, they offer Dole Soft Serve and a variety of Boba Milk Teas to satisfy that inevitable post-meal dessert craving.

When assembling a bowl, guests can choose from three bases (lettuce, rice, or half & half), a slew of add-ons like green onion, avocado, and corn, and a trio of sauces (sriracha mayo, sesame mayo, or wasabi pineapple mayo) to create a customized dish that caters to their tastebuds — not the other way around.

The chain currently has locations in California, Hawaii, Texas, and Utah.
