After recently opening a new location in Lake Forest, the owner of V Wagyu BBQ is already getting ready to open a second location near Los Angeles County, in Rancho Cucamonga, at 10890 Foothill Blvd.

The company’s second location will move into the former home of Boston Market in the Terra Vista Town Center, according to a recent liquor license application. V Wagyu BBQ is in the process of debuting in Lake Forest’s Bell Tower Plaza shopping center, celebrating a soft opening only last month and a grand opening planned for March 21. While the owners, including Tony Zhang, are still celebrating the recent opening, it’s not stopping the company from planning its next location. It’s unclear when V Wagyu BBQ Rancho Cucamonga is expected to open.

The details regarding the company’s second location are limited, but the new restaurant will likely mirror the design of the flagship store. Customers can expect an interior featuring a black-based design with elegant red accents. The decor is simple and complemented by soft lighting, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The restaurant specializes in premium Japanese yakiniku and offers high-quality cuts of Japanese, Australian, and American wagyu beef. The menu highlights Japanese-style BBQ, allowing customers to choose from premium options such as beef tongue, short rib, oyster blade, tri-tip, and hanging tender. Japanese Wagyu beef is also available for an additional cost. Other meat options include chicken, duck, and Japanese sausage.

To complete the meal, V Wagyu BBQ offers a variety of sides, including mushrooms, peppers, onions, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, lettuce wraps, and Korean seafood. Seafood lovers will appreciate prawns, squid, capelin, scallops, and oysters.
