A Blytheville-based Mexican restaurant is expanding to a new city in Arkansas.
Las Brisas Bar & Grill will soon open a new location at 3800 E Johnson Ave in Building A of Jonesboro‘s Songbird Square shopping center. While owner Jose Marquez briefly confirmed the expansion with What Now Memphis, he has not yet shared further details.
However, in a recent Facebook update, real estate broker Dustin Wade offered a glimpse of what’s to come, promising a menu filled with Las Brisas’ authentic Mexican staples—fajitas, street-style tacos, and, as he put it, “all the Mexican food your heart can handle.”
In addition to the Blytheville eatery, Marquez operates another Las Brisas location in Missouri and oversees several businesses in Arkansas, including Mi Pueblo and All-Pro Sports Lounge in Osceola.
Las Brisas Bar & Grill is slated to open in Jonesboro in early May 2025.
