Renowned Memphis rapper Moneybagg Yo will soon unveil a second location of his popular restaurant and lounge.

The new Cache 42 will take over the former Quintessential Sweets space at 97 N Main St in Downtown Memphis.

Cache 42 partner Jason Spicer told The Daily Memphian that the restaurant will operate as an “express-lounge” location, featuring a smaller space and limited seating.

The original Cache 42, which opened in April of 2023, offers a variety of upscale dishes, including lobster queso, cajun pasta, prime tomahawk, and Jamaican oxtails over rice, as well as an array of classic and creative cocktails. Spicer mentioned that the new eatery will have a similar menu, with the addition of lunch options.

Currently under construction, the new Cache 42 is expected to open in late August or early September 2024.
