A popular young Southaven restaurant is bringing a warm and welcoming taste of Vietnamese cuisine to a second Memphis-area home. Pho Haven will be opening a new location in Collierville next year, promising residents a fresh destination for “good food, good drinks, and great memories”.
Pho Haven announced the upcoming 1395 W. Poplar Avenue location via social media post, promising “the same authentic flavors, handcrafted dishes, refreshing drinks, and passion you know and love.” Indeed, the new Collierville location will be guided by the capable hand of Rosie Nguyen, who also owns and operates the concept’s 6582 Getwell Road home, ensuring the seamless continuation of Pho Haven’s tradition of quality and hospitality into a new market.
Nguyen generously confirmed the Collierville space to What Now Memphis, stating that the 2,720 square foot building will have a “modern design with open kitchen, kiosk, booth and table sitting, similar to Getwell location as well”. She also assures existing fans of Pho Haven’s cuisine that they will be able to enjoy the same great menu at the new location.
Future regulars not yet familiar with Pho Haven’s menu are in for a real treat. The website explains the restaurant’s approach to its fare, saying: “Every bowl of pho begins with beef bones simmered for 24 hours, layered with toasted spices and fresh herbs prepared the morning of service. From our signature pho to vermicelli bowls, spring rolls, and Vietnamese coffee, we use real ingredients and real time — no shortcuts.”
