Pink Palm Creamery is coming to Sunrise.

The handcrafted ice cream shop announced that it will open at 8010 W. Sunrise Boulevard, introducing its signature frozen treats and tropical-inspired atmosphere to the city. The classic ice cream shop is owned by Jonathan Stern, who shared the upcoming opening on social media. According to Instagram, the shop will open September 1, 2026.

Pink Palm Creamery will serve small-batch ice cream, serving a rotating selection of handcrafted flavors alongside sundaes, milkshakes and other frozen desserts, including dirty sodas, and even pup cups for four-legged friends. The breakout treat is destined to be the Pink Palm milkshake made with strawberry cheesecake ice cream, graham cracker crumble, a pink chocolate drizzle, and served with whipped cream, a cherry, and a mini cheesecake slice on top.

The concept emphasizes premium ingredients and a fun, colorful experience designed to appeal to families and dessert lovers alike.

The shop will offer residents a neighborhood destination for ice cream, specialty desserts and seasonal flavors in a bright, welcoming setting. With its family-friendly atmosphere and focus on handcrafted treats, Pink Palm Creamery aims to become a go-to spot for celebrations, after-dinner desserts and everyday indulgences.
