Milanese hospitality brand Sant Ambroeus is expanding its presence in South Florida with plans to open a second Miami location — even before the first South Florida location opens.

Sant Ambroeus will open a 5,000 square-foot eatery at MIRAI Design District in 2028. Located at 4200 NE Second Avenue, it will feature a full-service restaurant, coffee bar and outdoor dining area. It will follow the brand’s first Miami-area location, which is scheduled to debut in South Beach in 2027.

Designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma and Associates, the MIRAI Design District aims to create a destination where hospitality, architecture, retail and culture intersect in the heart of Miami’s Design District.

Founded in Milan in 1936, Sant Ambroeus has built an international reputation for combining traditional Italian hospitality with contemporary design and culture. Today, the brand operates locations in Milan, New York, Palm Beach, Aspen and Paris, attracting a clientele from the fashion, art and hospitality worlds. The company is operated by SA Hospitality Group, led by managing partner Gaetano Guarducci.
