SunLife Organics will bring a bit of Malibu culture to Downtown Miami when it opens at Miami Worldcenter.
The smoothie shop and complete wellness brand has announced it will open at JEM Private Residences, the luxury residential tower developed by real estate development and investment firm Naftali Group. Located at 1016 NE Second Avenue in Miami, JEM is slated to open the fourth quarter of 2027. SunLife’s first South Florida location recently opened at 619 Hibiscus Street in West Palm Beach.
The cafe will offer a health-forward, all-day menu for residents and visitors alike, serving the property’s amenity pool and surrounding areas. In a statement, SunLife’s founder, Khalil Rafati notes how excited he is to bring SunLife to the Magic City. “Miami has become a true hub for wellness, and our focus on quality ingredients and feel-good offerings fits perfectly within the city’s vibrant, health-conscious lifestyle.”
The cafe is known for offering wellness-focused items such as superfood smoothies including the “billion dollar” smoothie with coconut meat, spinach, raw cashew butter, colostrum, creatine, chlorophyll, aloe vera, collagen, green superfoods blend, silica, grass-fed whey protein, spirulina, MCT oil, mushroom blend, rice bran solubles, and almond milk . The menu also includes açaí bowls, matcha, and more.
When it opens, JEM Private Residences will offer residents more than 30,000 square feet of amenities, including resort-style pools, fitness and wellness facilities, and social and entertainment spaces. SunLife Organics will be an integral part of residents’ wellness journeys.
