Sprouts Farmers Market, has announced it will open a new store in Madison, TN on Friday, December 6, located at 2156 Gallatin Pike N. A ribbon cutting will take place on Friday at 6:45 a.m. The doors to the store will open at 7 a.m.

“I am excited to welcome Sprouts Farmers Market to Madison,” said Mayor Freddie O’Connell in a statement. “In addition to providing fresh, clean, and healthy foods to the community, Sprouts also provides dozens of jobs. Access to jobs and healthy food are key elements of having a strong quality of life.”

From Friday, December 6 through Sunday, December 8, a variety of activities will celebrate the grand opening. A “pop-up party” out front will give guests the chance to taste seasonal produce from the tasting bar, participate in a “guess the weight” contest of an oversized piece of produce and more. These activities will last all weekend long.

The first 100 shoppers on Friday and Saturday will receive a free ‘Goodness it’s Free’ reusable goodie bag filled with special products. Plus, the first 400 guests on Friday will receive a free long stem rose courtesy of Falcon Farms Floral. Inside the store, shoppers can taste new products while they shop from brands at the Vendor Village. Giveaways and music throughout the weekend will also add to the festivities.

Shoppers who sign up for a Sprouts Rewards account can receive 20% off their purchase over the grand opening weekend when they scan their app account barcode or enter their phone number at checkout. Shoppers can also view Sprouts’ weekly ad and save more than $100 with digital coupons on grocery staples and new items every month in the app. Customers will also have the chance to win a $500 Sprouts gift card up until midnight on December 8 when they sign up via the store page on Sprouts’ website.

Sprouts Farmers Market is invested in serving the communities where it operates. It works with local Tennessee farmers such as Southern Valley Fruit and Vegetable, Inc., to source local produce.

Through Sprouts’ Food Rescue program this store will donate groceries that are no longer fit for sale but remain perfectly edible and nutrient rich to Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, a local organization that provides fresh and nutritious food access to our neighbors in need across the Davidson County.

This location will be open daily from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m.
