Case filings show that the company currently operates as Confetti Ristorante Vinoteca, a Piermont, New York-based Italian restaurant. It had earlier sought bankruptcy protection on December 1, 2025.

Filing details also hint at a financial imbalance as the company’s total liabilities outweigh its assets.

The records add that Constandina Paximadakis is the authorized representative who signed the petition prior to filing. Attorney Robert Lewis of Robert S. Lewis PC is representing the company in the case.
