Pasadena-based AAA Garage Storage Solutions, Inc., which operates as Organized Garage Solutions, has initiated bankruptcy. The company has provided garage organization and storage solutions for nearly 12 years.

Case records show that the company currently faces more than $1 million in unsecured claims. A significant gap between its assets and liabilities appears to have contributed to the filing.

AAA Garage Storage Solutions, Inc. Files for Chapter 11

Classified as a small business debtor, the company voluntarily submitted its petition on April 22, 2026. As the case moves forward, the company is set to proceed under Subchapter V of Chapter 11.

Company president Varand Zadoorian signed the petition as the authorized representative before it was filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

Attorney Clifford Bordeaux of Bordeaux Law, P.C., is representing the company.

Case Filings Hint at a Financial Strain

According to RK Consultants, AAA Garage Storage Solutions, Inc. submitted a list of its 20 largest unsecured creditors who are not insiders. First Internet Bank of Indiana is the largest unsecured creditor.

The total sum of the unsecured claims based on the filings is more than $1 million. In addition, court filings indicate that after administrative expenses are paid, no funds will be available for distribution to the unsecured creditors.

The company’s financial challenges are reflected in its summary of assets and liabilities. While its total assets are a little over $200,000, its liabilities are more than $2 million.

This wide gap demonstrates a financial imbalance facing the company.

Additional documents were filed with the court, including a corporate resolution statement and a corporate ownership statement.
