Carriage Square LLC has voluntarily filed for bankruptcy protection. The company is currently doing business as Choice Fabrics, a Tennessee-based textile and fabric wholesale distributor.

Court filings show that the company currently faces a wide gap between its assets and liabilities. Operations are, however, expected to continue as normal under the court supervision.

Case records, as available on the PACER database, show that the company submitted its petition on July 28, 2026. Company CEO Chris Lundeen signed the petition prior to filing.

The records add that Carriage Square LLC is a small business debtor, which has decided to proceed with a Chapter 11 Subchapter V filing. These types of filings generally enable small businesses to handle their bankruptcy cases in a faster way and at a lower cost.

Attorney Henry E. (“Ned”) Hildebrand IV of Dunham Hildebrand Payne Waldron, PLLC is representing the company in the case.
