Late night noodles and more are coming to Orlando when Noodle Shawty opens at the former Dapper Duck Bar space in Downtown Orlando.
Noodle Family LLC filed permit applications with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to open Noodle Shawty at 28 South Orange Avenue in Downtown Orlando some time in late spring 2026.
According to Orlando Weekly, the restaurant will open early and stay open until the wee hours of the morning to cater to early risers and night owls, serving up food from 7 a.m. until 4 a.m. most days of the week with an ultimate goal of being open 24 hours a day.
In the mornings, expect matcha drinks made with ceremonial-grade matcha, coffee, and ube doughnuts, at first with a larger menu coming in the future.
Lunch and dinner items will include a host of noodle dishes (as the name implies), along with wings, bowls, and stir-fry dishes. Chinese classics such as beef chow fun, orange chicken chow mein, and more. Late night offerings will include noodles, wings, and other items giving Orlando a fast-casual alternative to the usual drive-thru options.
