Zaza Cuban Comfort, the Orlando-based Cuban food chain, will be opening a Fern Park outpost at 191 State Road 436, according to a recent report in The Orlando Business Journal.
“From sugarcane fields of Puerto Padre Cuba to the streets of New York City and now in Central Florida– that’s Zaza Cuban Comfort Food,” the official website states.
“Our familia immigrated to our country to make their home here. They brought with them their pride of serving delicious Cuban American Comfort Food. Here at Zaza Cuban Comfort Food we continue that three-generation familia tradition. Bienvenido – to our restaurant – ‘Mi Casa es su Casa’”
Readers unfamiliar with Zaza can expect to find a diner-like atmosphere and menu. The chain serves up American and Cuban style breakfast offerings, a variety of coffee-based drinks, hot-pressed sandwiches, and fully-fledged Cuban “platos”, or dishes.
The report states the space will take up 3000 square feet, earning its place as the chain’s biggest location to date. The location is set to open in the summer of 2024.
