The mind behind New Jersey favorite, Alessio, has set his sights on his next big venture. Luca Infantino is debuting a new concept called Casa Italia in Hoboken later this year, reports local media outlet Hoboken Girl.

The establishment, which will offer grab-and-go meals alongside an array of Italian specialty items, is hanging its shingle at 600 Park Avenue. While a precise opening date is not yet available, Infantino anticipates welcoming visitors in April.

Casa Italia will be a great resource for foodies seeking out harder-to-find items with a European flair. Infantino describes his vision for the establishment to What Now Philadelphia, saying “The goal is really to shrink the gap we have in town and in the area regarding finding specialty products that right now you can find only in NYC or very randomly in other places. We want to be THE destination for customers looking for something really special for their charcuterie board, their sunday dinner, their gal hangout, etc.”

Casa Italia will also feature an online store, allowing even out-of-town customers to enjoy its wares.

Infantino has already established that he knows his way around a successful venture. Launched in 2020, Alessio’s has become a Jersey favorite. Casa Italia will be selling the sauces that have helped Alessio’s achieve acclaim.
