Panda Express Coming to Old Bridge

The restaurant will be a part of the Glenwood Green Shopping center.

A fast-casual Chinese favorite is setting up a new home in the Garden State. Panda Express is bringing its orange chicken to Old Bridge later this year, reports local media outlet My Central Jersey.

The popular restaurant is opening in the Glenwood Green Shopping center, located at the intersection of Route 9 and Schulmeister Road. A precise opening date is not currently available, however Panda Express is aiming to open in early summer.

Panda Express is joining several other culinary giants in the developing shopping center. Glenwood Green is also welcoming Duck Donuts, Paris Baguette, Shake Shack, Honeygrow, Chipotle, and Wawa. 

Founded in Glendale, California, Panda Express first opened its doors in 1983. The corporate-owned franchise has since expanded to include more than 2,200 locations worldwide.

The restaurant specializes in American Chinese food. Hungry guests can feast on favorites such as teriyaki chicken, Kung Pau chicken, and Beijing Beef.
