Dresher ice cream lovers are in for an otherworldly experience when soft-serve slinger Surreal Creamery opens in Dreshertown Plaza shopping center.

The growing franchise signed an agreement in September with the owners of Dreshertown Plaza to lease a 1,200 sq. ft. space at 1650 Limekiln Pike in Dresher.

The specialty ice cream shop serves Asian-inspired soft serve flavors like taro, matcha, and Vietnamese iced coffee.

Their ice cream is served in takehome glass mason jars, topped with whip cream and fun toppings like Lucky Charms, Oreos, or sprinkles for $9.75. You can make your own mason jar or choose from menu items like the Earl Grey Everyday with earl grey tea ice cream, caramel syrup, Reese’s Puffs, and ladyfingers, or the Matcha Made in Heaven with matcha ice cream, Lucky Charms, and caramel syrup. Those who are less adventurous can grab a cup or a cone.

Surreal Creamery also serves bubble teas topped with ice cream, milk teas, jasmine fruit teas, slushes, lattes, and milkshakes. You can often find an array of indulgent baked goods at Surreal Creamery, like doughnuts or crispy rice treats. Surreal Creamery currently lists two New York City locations in Midtown East and Greenwich Village and locations in New Brunswick, NJ, and Bryn Mawr, PA. Their websites states that they are currently seeking franchisees.
