Chick-fil-A to Make Chico Debut

Chick-fil-A will open its first Chico restaurant on August 13. According to the brand’s announcement, the new location is expected to create approximately 140 jobs in the community. Hock said he hopes to create a restaurant where guests feel welcome, and employees have opportunities to grow. He hopes the business can make a positive impact on the Chico community.

The restaurant will be open Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. It will offer dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, and delivery options.

Opening Day Celebration

The new Chico restaurant will celebrate its opening by inviting guests to dress in cow print or cow-themed clothing on opening day. Guests who participate will be eligible for one free entrée or kids’ meal, while supplies last. The offer is available for guests dining inside the restaurant or using the drive-thru.

Breakfast options in the offer include a Chicken Biscuit, Egg White Grill, or 4-count Chick-n-Minis. Lunch and dinner options include the Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, 8-count Original or Grilled Nuggets, or a 5-count Nugget Kids’ Meal.

As part of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. will make a $25,000 donation to Yuba-Sutter Food Bank. The donation will support local hunger-relief efforts. The restaurant will also participate in Chick-fil-A’s Shared Table program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits.
