Bosphorus Turkish Cuisine is gearing up to open at 6835 Five Star Blvd, according to recent social media updates from the business. While representatives for Bosphorus could not be reached for comment, the restaurant’s online presence offers an early glimpse at what diners can expect. Its Google Business page describes a menu centered around authentic Turkish cuisine, featuring hot and cold mezes, traditional kebabs, classic entrées, and homemade desserts prepared using fresh ingredients and time-honored recipes.
