Great Big Game Show, an entertainment concept that lets groups compete in live game-show-style competitions, is planning to open inside the Westfield Galleria located at 1151 Galleria Blvd in Roseville, according to the company’s website. The venue would be the brand’s first Sacramento-area location, joining a national footprint that already includes more than 25 sites.
The chain has expanded quickly across major U.S. markets, with locations already running in Las Vegas, Seattle, San Francisco and Dania Beach, along with two existing Bay Area venues. Roseville would extend that reach into the Central Valley for the first time, giving local groups a closer option than the company’s current California locations.
Each Great Big Game Show venue is built around team-based competitions styled after classic television game shows, a format the company has used to position itself as a group-outing and corporate-event destination rather than a traditional arcade or entertainment center. The concept has continued adding cities throughout 2026, including a recent second California location in San Jose.
Roseville Galleria has leaned into entertainment and experiential tenants this year, with virtual reality arcade Sandbox VR also filing plans for space in the mall. Between the two additions, the Galleria appears to be positioning itself as a regional draw for group entertainment, not just shopping, as it works to fill out its newly renovated promenade.
