F45 Training is preparing to expand its presence in New Braunfels with a new fitness studio planned for Fischer’s Market 51, according to a permit recently filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The upcoming studio is planned for 2286 Alyssa Way, Suite 103, where the project will include a 2,540-square-foot interior finish-out within an existing commercial space.

According to the filing, construction is scheduled to begin on September 1, 2026, with completion targeted for November 1, 2026. The project carries an estimated construction cost of $125,000.

The permit lists the scope of work as an interior finish-out. The project is privately funded, with Juniper Ventures of Texas LLC listed as the property owner. F45 Training New Braunfels is listed as the tenant on the filing.

Founded in Australia, F45 Training has grown into a global fitness franchise known for its 45-minute, functional group workouts that combine high-intensity interval training, strength training and cardio. The brand operates hundreds of studios worldwide, offering coach-led classes designed to deliver efficient, full-body workouts.
