According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, Quik Dog — a concept by the restaurateurs behind Trick Dog — plans to debut a new location in Mission Rock.

Coming to 1023 3rd Street, the eatery will land near establishments such as ATWater Tavern, China Basin Park, and LUMA Hotel.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Morgan Schick, one of the founders of The Bon Vivants restaurant group backing the project, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Trick Dog, the concept introduces itself as a “trendy hangout in a converted warehouse with an array of craft cocktails and eclectic small plates.” Quik Dog is its fast-casual cousin, specializing in burgers.

Quik Dog is slated to open in spring 2025. Stay tuned for updates.
