The Breakfast Club at Midtown is preparing to make its San Francisco debut at 1428 Haight Street later this summer, according to The Business Journals.
In a recent conversation with WhatNow, franchisee Timothy Guess said an official opening date has not yet been finalized, but construction is steadily progressing at the Haight Street location. While he is targeting a late summer debut, the timeline remains subject to the completion of renovations and required inspections.
According to Guess, the existing Breakfast Club at Midtown locations are concentrated in San Jose, Campbell, Livermore, Castro Valley, and other South Bay and East Bay communities. The Haight Street restaurant will become the brand’s first location in San Francisco.
The Breakfast Club at Midtown has built a following for its extensive breakfast and brunch menu, serving classic morning favorites alongside hearty skillets, pancakes, omelets, sandwiches, and specialty coffee drinks in a casual, family-friendly atmosphere.
Menu highlights include the Cowboy Benedict, which pairs sliced ribeye steak, onion rings, barbecue sauce, and blue cheese crumbles with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce.
Guests also gravitate toward the Chicken & Waffle, featuring a crisp waffle served with four pieces of bone-in fried chicken and gravy on the side, while sweeter options include the Tiramisu Pancakes, made with espresso-flavored pancakes, mascarpone cream, and cocoa powder
On its website, the restaurant highlights that “for over 30 years, The Breakfast Club has been serving up comfort, connection, and delicious food. With locations across the Bay Area, we’ve become a beloved community spot where every visit feels like home.”
