A new restaurant called Coffee Beans & Bourbon Lounge and Breakfast is planned for 1709 Hewitt Ave. in Everett, according to a recently filed Washington State liquor license.

The application lists licenses for a spirits, beer, and wine restaurant lounge, and a beer and wine service bar. The business is registered under the names Hector Lizarraga Sanchez, Linda Oropeza Rodriguez, and Paola Paredes.

Few details about Coffee Beans & Bourbon Lounge and Breakfast have been released. Based on the business name and liquor license application, the concept appears to combine a café, breakfast restaurant, and cocktail lounge.

What Now Seattle reached out to Coffee Beans & Bourbon Lounge and Breakfast, and this article could be updated as the project moves forward and more information about the opening becomes available.
