Moe’s Coffee plans to open a drive-thru location in Blaine in fall 2026, according to a press release from the company. An exact address and opening date have not been announced.
“We are incredibly excited to join the Blaine community,” owners Craig and Kaitlyn Davis said in the announcement. “From the beginning of this project, our hope has been to build something that Blaine can genuinely feel is part of its community. We want to get to know our neighbors, support local organizations, participate in community events, create great jobs, and be a positive presence here.”
The Blaine restaurant will become Moe’s fourth location, joining two stores in Arlington and the company’s flagship restaurant in Darrington.
Along with hiring locally, Moe’s plans to establish a scholarship for graduating Blaine High School seniors pursuing education in hospitality or related fields.
The Blaine opening follows more than a decade of growth for Moe’s. The business began in 2015, when Kaitlyn Davis purchased an existing drive-thru coffee stand and retained its name.
The brand’s current menu includes Italian coffee and specialty drinks, along with bagels, açaí bowls, breakfast items, and sandwiches.
“We’re coming to Blaine ready to listen, participate, and be involved,” Craig Davis said. “We know that becoming part of a community is something you earn over time.”
