QuickBite Collective, a Canadian quick-service restaurant company operating multiple brands, is preparing to expand its presence across Ontario with new locations planned throughout the province.

The company’s growth strategy includes adding new locations for Teriyaki Experience, Burgers n’ Fries Forever, and Maverick’s Donut Company, according to Retail Insider. While exact opening dates for many of the Ontario locations have yet to be announced, several are expected to open throughout 2026 as part of a broader national expansion.

Quick Bite CEO Hadi Chahin tells WhatNow Toronto in an email that upcoming locations are planned across multiple provinces, including Ontario markets such as Burlington, Kitchener, Ajax, Brantford, Toronto, and Barrie. The company is targeting both major urban centers and mid-sized markets, with cities such as those in the Greater Toronto Area, Sudbury, London, Cambridge, Ajax, Burlington, and Kitchener included in its plans.

Founded in 2024, QuickBite Collective oversees three distinct quick-service brands, each focused on a different high-demand food category. Teriyaki Experience, the company’s longest-running brand, is celebrating 40 years in business and continues to anchor the group’s portfolio.

Burgers n’ Fries Forever has built a following with its smash burger concept, while Maverick’s Donut Company focuses on customizable donuts and dessert offerings. According to Chahin, Burgers n’ Fries Forever currently operates 12 locations, with 11 more planned or under construction, including new Ontario sites in Burlington, Kitchener, Ajax, Barrie, Brampton, and Welland, as well as additional locations in British Columbia and Nova Scotia.

QuickBite Collective is also adapting its real estate strategy to support expansion in a competitive leasing environment. Instead of focusing solely on new builds, the company is prioritizing converting existing restaurant spaces and acquiring operating locations for rebranding.

This approach helps reduce costs and allows for faster openings in established retail areas. Teriyaki Experience currently operates 36 locations, with six more planned or under construction, including Ontario locations in Brantford and Toronto, as well as additional sites in British Columbia.

Teriyaki Experience currently operates 36 locations, with seven more expected to open in 2026 and additional growth planned for 2027, much of it centered in Ontario. Burgers n’ Fries Forever has 12 existing locations and 10 more in development, including several in Ontario markets.

Maverick’s Donut Company operates 19 locations, with five more planned to open in 2026, contributing to the company’s continued growth across the province. Chahin also notes that Maverick’s Donut Company’s upcoming locations include Burlington and Kitchener in Ontario, along with additional sites planned in British Columbia and Nova Scotia.
