The countdown is on for a hotly anticipated new DC arrival. Bar Nuestro, the latest from hospitality veteran Daniella Senior, is getting ready to open its doors in Navy Yard, and guests will be able to sample all it has to offer this fall, reports Eater DC.
Bar Nuestro will be bringing “Old world bones, sazón at heart” to 1331 Yards Place SE. The new concept is projected to open its doors in late October; a social media post earlier this week gave locals eager to check out Bar Nuestro reason to be excited, saying: “The details are starting to tell the story! The space, the details, the team , every step is bringing Bar Nuestro closer to what we’ve been building toward. Still in progress. Still taking shape. But getting closer every day.”
Additionally, Bar Nuestro has posted on its website homepage that it is actively recruiting staff, always a positive indicator of an approaching opening.
Bar Nuestro will feature a nostalgic European-tinged atmosphere with plenty of Latin charm. Excited future regulars should follow the concept’s Instagram page for opening updates as well as sneak peeks at the decor and menu.
