It looks like Thai food is headed for Inner Richmond. Khob Khun Thai Cuisine and Breakfast has filed for permits at 3741 Geary Boulevard, between Arguello Boulevard and 2nd Avenue.
The space neighbors Happy Lounge and Golden State Glass, and was once home to Chinese restaurant General Tso’s Chicken. What Now San Francisco reached out, but a representative for Khob Khun was not immediately available for comment.
We don’t have many details yet, and we don’t know when the new restaurant plans to open, but we do know that a Thai-style omelet over rice sounds pretty good right about now.
