A new Raising Cane’s is coming soon to the Littleton area. The fried chicken finger restaurant is set to open near West Belleview Avenue and South Wadsworth Boulevard in February of 2022.

The corporate-owned location will feature its traditional menu. Raising Cane’s is well-known for its limited menu of chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and Cane’s sauce. Fresh lemonade and sweet tea are also staples on the menu.

According to Raising Cane’s website, the chain restaurant’s “commitment to this concept will not allow us to compromise our quality, cut corners or clutter our menu with new products that do not fit our core menu offering.”

What began as a college dream for Raising Cane’s founder Todd Graves has grown into a chicken empire. After working in California as a boilermaker and in Alaska as an off-shore fisherman to raise funding for his business plan, Graves returned to Louisiana where he opened the first Raising Cane’s restaurant, named after his yellow lab, in Baton Rouge back in 1996.

Raising Cane’s boasts more than a dozen Colorado locations stretching from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. Another location is set to open at 4517 N. Central Park Boulevard in Denver sometime in the future.

  • they need to open another location in southern colorado springs. all 3 of their locations there are in the north and it’s a pain to get up there. a southern location would reap the benefits of this quality and would be hella busy and make hella & for whichever owner owned it lol. but seriously.
