A New Chipotle is Coming to Rancho Cordova

The upcoming restaurant inside Anatolia Marketplace will feature a single drive-thru, indoor and patio dining spaces.

The California Department of Alcohol Beverage Control shows a pending license for an upcoming Chipotle location in Rancho Cordova. The new quick-service restaurant is the anchor tenant inside the newly developed Anatolia Marketplace.

A new Google Business Profile has been created for the upcoming Chipotle at 4001 Sunrise Blvd. The profile suggests the location is slated to open in August. Based on a rendering shared by Hanley Investment Group, the leasing representative company for Anatolia Marketplace, the upcoming Chipotle will feature a single drive-thru lane, an indoor dining space, and additional seating on the outside patio.

According to leasing documents, other businesses on the same pad include Dutch Bros Coffee, Round Table, McDonald’s, Popeyes, Coldstone, Jumba Juice, etc., with additional retail spaces waiting to be claimed.

Chipotle currently operates 14 locations throughout the Sacramento area, according to the chain’s website. There is only one other Chipotle location inside Rancho Cordova at 2878 Zinfandel Dr.

What Now Sacramento reached out to Chipotle, but hadn’t heard back by the time of this coverage.
