ITS SUSHI, an all-you-can-eat Sushi brand by Fukumi Restaurant Group, has leased the vacant suite 100 in Delta Shores shopping center at 8132 Delta Shores Circle. This news was first seen in the Sacramento Business Journal.
Co-owner Han Song told the Business Journal the upcoming location would fill an approximately 5,000-square-foot space next to Regal Cinemas, offering more than 200 items such as oysters, nigiri, and sushi rolls, and is anticipated to open in summer 2025.
Fukumi Restaurant Groupo opened its first restaurant, Fukumi Ramen in Roseville in 2020. The same concept then expanded into Citrus Heights upon receiving positive feedback from the local community. In 2021, Fukumi established Fukumi Chaya x Momo Katsu in Folsom with a menu centering around Japanese fried pork steak (Katsu).
Earlier last year, ITS SUSHI opened its original location in Roseville’s Foothill Junction. Fukumi Restaurant also owns another AYCE sushi concept called Pier 50, which features a more exclusive menu and premium offerings.
