Father-daughter duo Randy and Lauren Negi are launching a new restaurant named Cenote Mexican Grill and Watering Hole

The restauranteur family currently operates three dining spaces, including Danville Brewery Co. and Cafe Venue in San Francisco. They are now opening up Cenote at 388 Market St. in the Financial District. The Mexican restaurant will open at a 2,366-square-foot ground-floor retail spot at Front and Pine streets in early October, San Francisco Business Times reports

“We have been a family owned business and wanted to bring our love for food and travel. We want Cenote to feel like a vacation in Mexico where the family came together and where people can escape the business Downtown,” said Lauren Negi in a phone call with What Now San Francisco this week.

Negi, who has been helping out her father in his various ventures including Danville Brewery Co., Bridges Restaurant, and The Vine and Spirits gastropub said that they are very excited to see how people in downtown San Francisco will react to the new restaurant.

Cenote will serve Mexican cuisine with a fresh twist and will also include an open bar with Happy Hour. They will also provide catering services.
