Dirty Dough is bringing downright filthy cookies to 9700 S. Parker Rd. in Parker’s Gateway Marketplace, according to a lease comp and Dirty Dough COO, Romney Stewart. No date for opening has been established, but with a lease in hand, permitting and construction can begin soon.
Dirty Dough’s cookies began in a Tempe, Arizona dorm room kitchen, so it make sense why the “super-stuffed cookie bombs” are able to pack so much flavor. From classic Fruity Crisp treats — topped with frosting and the eponymous cereal and stuffed with cream cheese, to the Better Than — a chocolate chip, toffee chunk, and chocolate cookie dough mix filled with sweet cream and salted caramel, Dirty Dough is not going for a health food here. They’re just looking to out-taste the competition with gooey goodness that comes in UFO-shaped cookies.
Available for pickup from app, online, and in-store purchases, the Parker location will satisfy local sweet tooths from the fast-expanding, national fast casual brand. The south Denver setting is about 1,000 square feet — just enough room to squeeze in a warm oven, delectable smells, and a whole batch of low-down delicious treats. Watch out for landing in the next several months.
