According to a recently submitted permit application, Gathering Haus Kitchen at Spring Creek plans to renovate its kitchen space.

At 11355 US-281 N in Spring Branch, Spring Creek is known by locals as “a place where nature, shopping, and community come together.”

“Find yourself lost in blooms and home goods at The Shoppe, or savor a moment on our porch with a glass of wine. Delight your taste buds at The Gathering Haus, and explore our Farmer’s Market bustling with over 25 vendors. At Spring Creek, you don’t just visit – you gather, you play, you make memories,” the business shares on its website.

Its dining option, Gathering Haus Kitchen, offers coffee, wine, beer on tap, baked goods, cold and hot sandwiches, and smoothies.

According to the filing, renovations to the 1,000-square-foot kitchen will begin on July 15 and be completed by March 2025, costing an estimated $200,000.

How the update will affect the restaurant’s hours of operation has not been made clear yet, so stay tuned for updates.
