Baa Hachi has been confirmed as an incoming tenant at Longmont’s upcoming food hall. The Asian eatery is owned by local restauranteurs and is preparing for its debut at 700 Ken Pratt Blvd Suite 200, press releases say.

Co-owner Lisa Balcom tells What Now Denver that construction is underway and the business hopes to move into the space by early May. It will have a diverse Japanese street food menu that changes seasonally, with new and exciting dishes that represent Tokyo’s vibrant culinary scene.

“Our commitment to sourcing clean, fair food is a top priority. We use only high-quality, traditional ingredients in our food along with great cooking techniques to make the most delicious meals.” Balcom said.

Balcom and husband Patrick also own other local eateries that they have opened over the years. The couple operates two Niwot businesses: Farow farm-to-table establishment and Pie Dog Pizza carry out/delivery concept.
