Nutritious superfood brand Blue Bowl will have a space at Stanton’s Rodeo 39 Public Market, according to OC Register. The veteran-owned chain will be a tenant at the 2885 Beach Blvd. food and retail hall.

Teague Savitch, founder of Blue Bowl Superfoods, told What Now OC the lease has been signed and the company is in the plan check phase and looks forward to buildout once cleared. He hopes to open in the spring.

“This will be our 10th location and we are excited to be joining Rodeo 39 and bring a second Blue Bowl location to Beach Blvd,” Savitch said. “We are the original create-your-own acai/superfood bowl concept and will be offering our full bowl menu.”

The business started as a concept that would sell at farmers’ markets. It has now grown to a successful purveyor of  acai and pitaya bowls, chia pudding parfaits, nitro cold brew, kombucha, and more.
