Wolf’s Head will soon open in East Portland at 80 SE Madison Street, confirmed by the owner Jason Mittek.
“Our new location will be offering burgers, malts, curly fries, and cheese curds,” Mittek told What Now Portland, “We should be opening sometime in July, depending on a few factors, with being currently open Monday through Friday.”
Wolf’s Head’s current location in Beaverton offers BBQ by the half pound with a rotating selection of Texas-style salt & pepper brisket, North Carolina-style chopped pork, Memphis-style pork spareribs, and Kansas City-style pork belly burnt ends. From savory trays to their famous brisket burrito, Wolf’s Head takes pride in delivering generous portions and bold flavors that will satisfy even the most discerning palates.
All trays at Wolf’s Head come with a pinch of pickles and raw white onions, adding a refreshing and tangy element to the smoky and savory barbecue dishes. One of the standout offerings at Wolf’s Head is their famous brisket burrito, a behemoth of a burrito that boasts a whopping 2 pounds of ingredients.
Inside, you’ll find tender chopped brisket, creamy mac & cheese, a delightful crunch from crushed Ruffles potato chips, pickled red onions, pickled jalapeños, and a generous slathering of their signature Boss Sauce barbecue sauce, according to the company website.
