Philadelphia shoppers in a hurry will soon be able to grab a great burger that sacrifices neither quality nor speed. Gouldburger’s, one of the region’s favorite fast-casual restaurants, is opening a new location in Franklin’s Table Food Hall, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The chain is certain to become a favorite at its new 3401 Walnut Street home. Gouldsburger’s will be feeding customers at an express version of its classic model, designed to ensure diners can get the same delicious food at a quicker pace.

A precise opening date is not currently available, however the eatery is aiming to open before the end of the year.

Co-owner Walter Gouldsbury states in a press release on the Shop Penn website “We are very excited to be a part of Franklin’s Table and join the high-quality eateries that already exist at the hall.  We are very eager to bring our food to the students, faculty, and staff at Penn and the University City neighborhood.”

Diners can look forward to a menu of delicious burgers, hot dogs, cheesesteaks, salads, and breakfast sandwiches offered all day. Vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions will have plenty to choose from as well; Gouldsburger’s prepares all its meat-free options on a dedicated griddle.
