The intersection between South Dixie Highway and Potter Road in West Palm Beach will soon be home to a new restaurant. A plan review was recently submitted for a restaurant called Gregory’s at 5700 S Dixie Highway.

Recent coverage in the Palm Beach Post describes Gregory’s as a sister restaurant to Miami’s Mandolin Aegean Bistro, located at 4312 NE Second Avenue.

Mandolin offers a menu of Greek and Mediterranean dishes, with sandwiches like the Grilled Catch of the Day and the Spicy Mandolin Kebab; main dishes like Beef Souvlaki, Moussaka, and Chicken Kebab with Orzo Pilaf and Maroulosalata; and a large selection of Mezes like Mussels with white wine, garlic, lemon, and oregano.

What Now reached out to co-owner Michael Katzenberg on Wednesday. Katzenberg declined to comment on the brand at this time.

The Dixie Highway location sits right across the street from food and drink spots like Taste of Europe Deli, Pizza De Roma, and Montezuma Mexican.
