This new café will offer high-quality coffee, artisanal pastries, and gourmet food, all served in a modern, inviting space designed for relaxation and connection.
For over 40 years, The Cove has been a popular waterfront destination, and Pilar is proud to add its unique blend of coffee and community. Guests can enjoy exceptional service, a cozy atmosphere, and a place to unwind—whether meeting friends, catching up on work, or simply enjoying a peaceful moment.
Pilar offers expertly crafted coffee made from hand-picked beans sourced from the highlands of Brazil and Colombia. Embracing the tagline “Mountain Grown, Closer to Heaven,” their coffee is cultivated at higher altitudes, where optimal growing conditions and nutrient-rich soil yield high-quality beans with distinct, refined flavors. The menu features specialty lattes, iced coffees, cold brews, fresh teas, and gourmet dishes such as breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and signature offerings like the Biscotti Butter Cookie Latte and Ancient Grains Salad Bowl. Guests can also purchase whole bean or ground coffee, along with Pilar branded merchandise.
