Miami-based developer OKO Group is partnering up with global hospitality powerhouse Tao Group Hospitality on a new project at 830 Brickell. According to coverage published by the South Florida Business Journal, this new project revolves around a private, members-only lounge that also includes a public-facing Mediterranean restaurant.

The club, which the Business Journal reports has yet to be named, is expected to launch together with its restaurant in 2025.

“The partnership [with Tao Group] represents a true meeting of minds between two organizations that share a vision for redefining luxury hospitality on a global scale,” OKO Group CEO Vlad Doronin says in the Business Journal coverage.
