Local Spot, a brand-new concept from restaurant group Eat Local Concepts, is set to open at 6450 Cross Creek Bend Ln, Fulshear, TX 77441, confirmed by Co-Owner Neima Sharifi. The new eatery, according to Community Impact, is an extension of the hospitality group behind their concept, Local Table. The group is spearheaded by brothers Shervin and Neima Sharifi, along with their cousins Ashkan Nowamooz, Arash Noamouz, and Alex Nowamooz, all of whom are dedicated to creating a welcoming dining spot.
The team is reported to be excited about launching this new concept in their own backyard. Shervin and Neima are both long-time residents, which gives them a unique understanding of what the community and greater Fulshear area needs in terms of a place to dine out and congregate.
Local Spot’s menu will offer casual fare, classic bar bites, and craft cocktails, with select favorites from Local Table making their way onto the lineup. The space itself is being designed to be an active hub for community events, including live music, ladies’ nights, bourbon nights, and family-friendly movie nights, as detailed in the Community Impact report.
The expected opening for this extension of Local Table is set for sometime this Spring 2025.
